Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER

As a Specialist, Clinical Solutions, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, best-practice standards, and professional skills to support Sales and Services engagements for the Baxter Care Communications Digital Health product portfolio. You will report to the Clinical Integrations Manager; will work internally with the Project Management team, other Clinical team members, and Engineers; and will work externally with customer clinical staff to design, implement, and provide updates on project status.

  • TRAVEL: Up to 75% travel, including overnight travel. 100% REMOTE

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • As a Specialist, Clinical Solutions, you will compose clinical program deliverables for sales/service delivery, including clinical assessments, clinical strategy, user acceptance testing, launch support, revenue recognition, and ongoing customer clinical engagements.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Implementation Engineers, and other Baxter team members to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Clinically assess health care organizations related to current state and future state with Baxter Care Communications products and improved outcomes for patients and their caregivers.
  • Lead clinical design workshops to guide clinicians in the configuration of Care Communications products for enterprise, unit, and individual settings.
  • Develop strong collaborative partnerships with customers to ensure successful adoption of Care Communications products.
  • Create and manage clinical program documentation, oversee quality control throughout the life cycle of a customer engagement, and provide clinical content to support Sales and Services engagements via written and verbal formats.
