Overview We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Clinical Sourcing Specialist. This position works to successfully source licensed psychologists, LCSW, nurse practitioners and psychiatrists’ candidates. The role of a Clinical Sourcing Specialist is to mine various medias for candidates who are interested in learning more about CHE Behavioral Health and warm pass them to a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role must be able to move at a very fast pace, have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment. This is a remote position, allowing the Clinical Sourcing Specialist to be based anywhere in the country. We are growing and looking for a motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented Clinical Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. Compensation and Benefits • $20 per hour• W2 Employee• Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays• Medical/Dental benefits• 401k Responsibilities Generate potential candidates for multiple open requisitions across several clinical specialties. Source both passive and active candidates through job boards, internal databases, social media, target company lists, and networking groups. Conduct outreach through email, InMail, and cold calling to engage potential candidates and introduce CHE’s clinical opportunities. Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to transition qualified, interested candidates for continued engagement. Coordinate job postings, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to attract new candidates. Research and recommend new sourcing tools, sites, and techniques to improve recruitment effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of candidate information, outreach activity, and sourcing progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sourcing goals and performance metrics. Adhere to all company policies and information security protocols. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of relevant sourcing or recruitment experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using online sourcing platforms, job boards, and social media for candidate outreach. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Internet research, database management, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience sourcing licensed healthcare professionals is a plus. Must be comfortable working independently in a remote, work-from-home environment.
