Description
The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for supporting physicians and other HCPs in optimizing activities related to the pre-use and use phases of the drug in strategic centers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in a scientific field (preferably Medicine).
  • Experience in Neurology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (preferred).
  • Experience in botulinum toxin injection procedures for medical purposes (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the healthcare sector and to client needs.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist support in the use of the drug to physicians and other HCPs involved in
  • administering the therapy in various healthcare facilities.
  • Illustrate the technical characteristics in the preparation of the product, promoting its knowledge and ensuring its correct use to the involved HCPs.
  • Support the education and training of neurologists, other specialists, and HCPs on the application and benefits of the product in their clinical practices, promoting optimal prescribing choices.
  • Guide and simplify interaction with stakeholders, coordinating with internal resources to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Collaborate internally to respond on demand to business needs.
  • Integrate face-to-face activities with digital channels (e.g., email, video calls).
  • Align with the operational priorities defined by the company.
  • Understand and quantify barriers to the use of the drug.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of sales strategies and support the development of a high-level strategic account plan.
  • Participate in conferences and workshops to stay updated on the latest news and trends in the field of strategic drug indications.
