Responsibilities Responsible for the auditing and evaluation of the clinical charts and practices in the outpatient behavioral health programs across the continuum of care; provides feedback to managers, supervisor and clinical staff on findings in accordance with the organizational, departmental and state entities Qualifications Education and Work Experience Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Registered Nurse from an accredited college or university. Must have a current and valid license as a LCSW/LPC/LCADC or the equivalent, issued by the State. Must have minimum of three (3) years supervisor experience with Behavioral Health Care programs. Must have excellent verbal, written and computer skills. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $92,664.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
