POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Clinical Specialist, you will serve as a clinical and technical expert, supporting the education, training, and implementation of ZOLL’s innovative products in healthcare settings. This role bridges the gap between technology and clinical application, ensuring that healthcare professionals can effectively integrate ZOLL’s solutions into their workflows to improve patient outcomes.
In this dynamic and customer-facing role, you will work closely with clinicians, administrators, and sales teams to deliver hands-on training, resolve technical issues, and foster long-term relationships with customers. You will have the unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology to drive the adoption and success of ZOLL’s products.

CLINICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Conduct comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of ZOLL products, such as defibrillators, patient monitors, CPR feedback devices, and data solutions.
Tailor training sessions to the needs of diverse audiences, including physicians, nurses, paramedics, and technicians.
Develop customised training plans and educational materials to ensure effective learning and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Paramedicine, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline, or equivalent clinical experience.
Clinical Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on critical care, emergency medicine, or pre-hospital care.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of medical devices, including software and hardware features.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address customer challenges effectively.
ravel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays, to meet customer and business needs.
Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience with Zoll Medical products or similar medical devices.
Certification in advanced life support (ALS/ACLS).
Experience as a clinical educator, trainer, or applications specialist in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with data management systems or software used in clinical settings.
