We are presently in search of an adept and motivated individual with a keen interest in healthcare to assume the role of Clinical Staff Manager within our team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess comprehensive knowledge of provider operations, electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and medical management. Moreover, they should exhibit a readiness to evolve alongside the practice and take on increased responsibilities as the caseload expands. The incumbent will collaborate closely with other operational teams and virtual assistants, providing oversight and supervision to ensure the smooth execution of daily activities. Having experience with patient care in the field would be highly valued in a potential applicant.
The Clinical Staff Manager will be tasked with overseeing the operations of our providers and scribes to maintain optimal daily performance. Here are the tasks of the teams this position will oversee:

Providers

• Conduct bedside Primary Care Visits for providers in living facilities.
• Ability to triage medical concerns and create treatment plans
• Coordinate treatment plan with care team
• Ability to communicate effectively with team, facility staff members (such as nurses, physical therapists, etc) and patients.
• evaluate and manage patient’s general health care as patient’s primary care provider

Scribe Team

• Work with providers during their scheduled visits to complete notes
• Communicate with team members regarding facility concerns
• Reflect scheduling changes on designated provider’s schedule
• Send order requests during visit to appropriate team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
