Heartline Staffing is seeking a qualified Clinical Staff Pharmacist for the following opportunity. The Clinical Staff I Midnight Pharmacist plays a critical role in supporting overnight pharmacy operations and delivering clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting. This position supports central pharmacy operations, admixture services, satellite pharmacy coverage, and direct clinical services including pharmacokinetic consults, code response coverage, and clinical support for providers and nursing staff. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. The pharmacist collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams and contributes to safe, effective medication management for high-acuity patient populations. Midnight pharmacists operate within a robust staffing model and are supported by advanced technology systems designed to enhance medication safety. Schedule: This is a full-time midnight night shift position. Compensation: Hourly compensation ranges from $47.19 to $75.50 per hour based on experience. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Requirements Education: - Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) Experience: - Pharmacy practice residency or equivalent inpatient hospital experience preferred Licensure: - Licensed Pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Virginia required - Candidates must obtain Virginia pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire if not already licensed Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
