  • Coordinate clinical staff schedules for all departments with a goal of maximizing patient safety, quality, and financial resources
  • Coordinate third-party staffing, agency staff, and the nursing locum program to ensure effective scheduling and clinical operations at all WAHA sites
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data as well, maintaining files, records and correspondence for meetings
  • In collaboration and consultation with the People Experience team HR, develop and launch a locum recruitment strategy to reduce agency dependence across all clinical departments. In addition, ensures screening and onboarding process with third party contracts and any performance issues.
  • Maintain effective and efficient communication with clients
  • Process and respond to service requests
