POSITION SUMMARY:

All Together Recovery LLC (ATR), provides multiple levels of ASAM SUD/BHSO care, including recovery housing, education, job training, employment, and other recovery related extensions to the family in for-profit and non-profit environments. The Clinical Supervisor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to being well versed in clinical programs available, internal as well as state policies, procedures, and rules. They will be available to clients, family members, or community representatives to answer any questions regarding ATR services. Also, responsible for overseeing designated clinical team members and collaborating with the medical manager to ensure clients receive the best possible services for the best possible outcomes. They will provide day to day clinical leadership, consultation, and administrative support under the supervision of ATR’s program manager. This supervisory position is responsible for developing and directing a team of professional and support staff to provide quality clinical care.

BACKGROUND/EDUCATION:

  • Master’s degree in behavioral science field.
  • Valid professional license (LPCC-S, or LCSW, LMFT, LCADC with ability to supervise)
  • Prefer at least 5 years in a SUD residential setting.
  • Prefer at least 5 years of direct management of team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Must have a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
  • Participate in all necessary staff meetings.
  • Be proficient in all ATR rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Model servant leadership.
  • Operate with integrity in all circumstances.
  • Communicate effectively and be responsive to verbal and written correspondences.
  • Actively participate in all required meetings.
  • Serve as on call contact for ATR a whole month twice a year and on an as needed basis.
  • Responsible for completion and /or delegation with oversight of all psychosocial assessments of potential intakes.
  • Be available to fill in for clinical team members when needed to cover for sick, personal and vacation time. This applies to both individual and group in various stages of program.
  • Provide supervision and required documentation to staff as assigned to include clinicians, TCMs and peer support as needed.
  • Monitor, review, and sign all clinical notes in EHR system for completion, thoroughness, and timeliness on a weekly basis.
  • Review case management notes and sign off on billing as needed.
  • Perform direct client care through assessments, individual sessions, and group therapy sessions (direct service provision hours would be reduced due to administrative duties).
  • Be available to clients to discuss their treatment plans or other clinical issues as they arise, at the same time, ensuring compliance.
  • Serve as contact person for any unresolved family/client issues.
  • Schedule, supervise and coordinate the activities of case and clinical employees.
  • Assure that all direct reports maintain confidentiality of client specific information and data in accordance with federal and state guidelines and requirements.
