REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
• Master’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis or other related field
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
• Reliable Transportation

Work Location: In perso

• Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, provide supervision of ABA services in a 1:1 and group settings utilizing the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Craft and implement the skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Provide oversight of direct staff collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Provide oversight to Program Supervisors in developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Maintain client data in the home by updating program data app within the required timeframe.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Write progress reports detailing client achievement.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies when working with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality based on HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
• Maintain and acquire ABA knowledge and skills by attending assigned staff trainings or meetings.
• Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities.
