Are you eager to provide direction and clinical oversite in an outpatient therapeutic setting? We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the day-to-day. Please look at the highlights below: What You'll Do at Brandywine Counseling: Review Counselor and Peer caseloads. Conduct and promote staff orientation, training and development. Approval of Treatment Plans, Progress Notes and Discharges. Confers with all appropriate medical staff members. Confer with Program Manager daily. Participate in case consultations. Maintain appropriate client records and make sure the electronic records are in accordance with the Joint Commission and meets Delaware licensure standards and CSAT criteria. Ensure established agency procedures are followed. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other office related duties. May be required to have a small caseload based on census. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of assessment and counseling/therapy principles Considerable knowledge of population being served and available resources May require crisis intervention to emergency situations Ability to serve as a positive and professional role model Skills in managing multiple priorities Skill in establishing rapport with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Requirements Qualifications for this position are: REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field REQUIRED: 2-year experience in the Substance Abuse Field and/or Mental Health REQUIRED: CADC Pay: Starting at $27/hour Commensurate with experience and education Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The compensation package for this position includes: Group medical, dental, and vision coverage with low employee costs 34 paid days off annually Tuition reimbursement A retirement plan with a company match of up to 4%!
