Job Details Job Location: JNCS Main Office - Mission Hills, CA 91345 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $78,000.00 - $82,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Job Description: Clinical Supervisor Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical operations ensuring high-quality client care by developing individualized treatment plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards, all while actively participating in the clinical decision-making process and staying updated on current research and best practices in the field, responsible for both client outcomes and staff development. Clinical Leadership: · Oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses. · Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. · Collaborate with families, caregivers, and program directors and Clinical Director to coordinate treatment and ensure effective communication. · Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Operational Oversight: · Ensure compliance with all relevant regulation and HIPAA regulations · Monitor billing and service delivery to ensure accuracy and compliance · Collaborate with administrative staff on operational matters, such as scheduling and resource allocation Professional Development: - Stay current with research and best practices in ABA by attending conferences and professional development opportunities · Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures Required Qualifications: · Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field · Current BCBA certification · Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities · Proven leadership and supervisory skills · Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities - Strong written communication skills (Report writing, professional emails, etc.) · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals Qualifications
