As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be directly involved in nurturing the hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho kids by managing and coordinating clinical services along for the program. Must haves: Master’s degree (or higher) in a direct clinical practice human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage and family counseling, or very closely related field of study) Idaho State Licensure associated with the degree (e.g. LCSW, LCPC) with the ability to clinical supervise other therapists At least 5 years’ supervisory experience A least 8 years’ experience in a related field A valid Idaho’s driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire, as a condition of continued employment Our Clinical Supervisors: Recruits, hires, and evaluates therapists and clinical staff Ensures coordination of treatment activities occur as planned Monitors spending expenses, and is involved in budget development Ensures that treatment integrity is addressed and improved through monitoring, tracking, and systematic supervision As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
