Responsibilities may include: * Provide assessment services effectively and efficiently. * Complete client screenings timely as assigned. * Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes for each client. * Communicate information regarding progress of the person served to the appropriate persons. * Facilitate the transition process, including arrangements for follow-up services. * Provide trainings and clinical supervision as assigned. * Identifying and addressing gaps in service provision. * Provide coverage for caseloads as needed/assigned. * Oversee the daily operations and functions of therapy team as assigned. * Oversee implementation of programs that increase appropriate behaviors according to established criteria using appropriate techniques and methodologies. Requirements for this position include: * Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling. * LISW-S or LPCC-S is preferred * At least one year of supervisory experience. * Experience in community-based counseling. * Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. * Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
