Join us as a Clinical Supervisor - Therapy Services in our Brownsville Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) and lead a dedicated team of Clinical Supervisors in delivering transformative individual and group therapy. Responsibilities
  • Manage the direction, coordination, and performance of Clinical Coordinators, providing clinical supervision and guidance to milieu staff, and serving as primary therapist in the absence of a Clinical Coordinator.
  • Assess clinical competence of teams and ensure compliance with documentation standards through chart reviews and collaboration with the Quality Specialist.
  • Review and approve diagnosis-based progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with agency, government, and licensing requirements and regulations.
  • Facilitate and co-chair comprehensive treatment planning and participate in Meet & Greet and Admissions Committee meetings, addressing clinical treatment needs.
  • Support the implementation of special programs, including Creative Arts therapy and the internship program within the RTF.
  • Strengthen community relations with external providers and liaise with TCCNY programs for collaboration and seamless transitions while assisting with crisis support and de-escalation.
  • Oversee and mentor Clinical Coordinators and milieu staff, ensuring clinical excellence through assessment, compliance reviews, and participation in treatment planning to meet agency and regulatory standards.
