Dragonfly Family and Learning Services is seeking a passionate and progressive Clinical Supervisor to join our team full time.
This position is a hybrid position, with the Clinical Supervisor working from home and attending meetings virtually as well as providing in-person/virtual supervision to direct and mid-level staff during in-home sessions. This is a full-time, salary position with benefits and the successful candidate would work a 4-day work-week of 30-35 hours.

The ideal candidate has the following:

• Master’s degree related to ABA, Autism, etc.
• Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario)
• Dedication to progressing the field of ABA
• Willingness to listen to different perspectives and adjust accordingly
• Commitment to promoting client autonomy and rights
• Experience with frequent and/or severe aggression
• Experience working in home-based ABA programs with young children
• Experience with remote supervision an asset

This position will include:

• Conducting ABA assessments
• Creating ABA intervention plans and programming
• Reviewing of assessment and intervention programs created by our Senior Therapist(s)
• Reviewing and creating client programs and behaviour intervention plans
• In-Person and Remote observation of sessions
• Supervision of Senior Therapist and Instructor Therapists
• Providing clinical oversight and recommendations for all ABA clients
• Provide clinical oversight and recommendations for all caregiver coaching clients
• Create and facilitate group workshops and staff training as needed/when appropriate
• Attending professional development workshops/courses
• Collaborate with director to ensure quality service
• Supervision of ABA Team’s caseload of 160 to 220 weekly direct therapy hours
