Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical areas of along with other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren
Days/ hours? Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00pm

Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Manager, RN:

  • Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans
  • Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants
  • Conducts phone triaging
  • Oversees medication management
  • Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • visiting offices to check in on clinical staff and clinical operations and compliance.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

Required:

  • Bachelor’s required.
  • Valid NJ RN License

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices
  • 5+ years experience direct Rheumatology or related experience
  • Ability to multi task and handle a lot at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
