Overview Clinical Supervisor- Home-Based Services $36.06/hr $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Payment based on an hourly rate, not tied to a fee-for-service schedule. Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for leadership and a commitment to supporting youth and families? Our Home-Based Services program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor a team delivering critical mental health services to youth and families across diverse communities. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and guidance to In-Home Therapists, Therapeutic Mentors, and Family Partners. Review documentation, oversee treatment planning, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. Lead case reviews and clinical meetings to foster a culture of quality and collaboration. Support onboarding, staff development, and performance feedback. Maintain communication with leadership regarding caseloads, staffing needs, and program delivery. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field. Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in Massachusetts. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with youth and families. Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians is strongly preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
