Overview Clinical Supervisor- Outpatient Behavioral Health $36.06/hr $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Payment for this role is based on an hourly rate, not tied to a fee-for-service schedule! Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for leadership and a commitment to supporting youth and families? Our Outpatient Behavioral Health team is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor our Worcester team in delivering critical mental health services to youth and families across diverse communities. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and guidance to outpatient clinicians. Review documentation, oversee treatment planning, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. Lead case reviews and clinical meetings to foster a culture of quality and collaboration. Support onboarding, staff development, and performance feedback. Maintain communication with leadership regarding caseloads, staffing needs, and program delivery. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field. LICSW in Massachusetts. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with youth and families. Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians is strongly preferred.
