About the Team: Work closely with the professional and technical staff, academic and teaching staff within the College of Sport, Health and Engineering. About the Role: The successful candidate/s will be required to perform duties and will have responsibilities associated with the clinical education and supervision of students, as well as daily business operations within the VU Osteopathy Clinic at our new City Tower Campus. The successful candidate will be a dynamic clinician and educator who is capable of providing students with feedback and direction to contribute to their professional and personal growth. The clinic operating hours are 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri, some evening work is required. Position Key Duties Clinical Supervision and/or Education Undertake clinical supervision shifts within the VU osteopathy clinic and/or external outreach clinics Provide leadership and general direction to sessional clinical supervisors supervising in the VU osteopathy clinic Assessing student competency within the clinical setting including development of professional behaviours and procedural skills Clinical Operations Contribute to daily operations of the clinic Assisting with operational procedures and protocols Undertaken administration of internal and external placements and agreements Salary: HEP6 $91,796 - $99,361 (pro rata) +17% superannuation Employment Type: Part-time continuing role(2 days per week) Hours: 14.7 (0.4 FTE) hours per week, Location: City Tower Campus For a detailed overview of the role’s duties and responsibilities, please refer to the Position Description – Clinical Supervisor Osteopathy About You: Are you a qualified osteopath with a passion for osteopathic education who thrives in a busy and demanding clinical environment?
