Clinical Supervisor
Community Services Agency (CSA) - Charlton/Milford
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and half paid after 90 days of employment/pro-rated for part-time).
This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations requires an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
Wayside Youth and Family Support Network’s Charlton/Milford site is seeking a driven, innovative, strengths-based Clinical Supervisor. Charlton/Milford Community Services site is a community-based program serving children, adolescents, and families referred by the Department of Mental Health, Department of Children and Families as well as insurance funded services through the CSA. In this fast-paced program, the Clinical Supervisor will assist the Program Director and management team in overseeing all aspects of the program. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to CSA program staff and interns, as well as providing direct care to a small caseload of youth and families. The Clinical Supervisor is an individual with established experience in navigating behavioral health systems, wraparound principles and leading supervisees in expanding their therapeutic skills and interventions. The Clinical Supervisor will team with the Program Director to assure the program is providing high quality therapeutic care that is individualized, culturally responsive, and aligned with Wayside’s mission and values.
