About the Role * As a Clinical Support Coordinator, you are at the heart of the organ and tissue donation process. Your responsibilities will include: * Obtaining informed telephone authorization and conducting comprehensive medical and social history risk assessments with families of patients who authorize donation. * Collaborating directly with clinicians to perform medical screenings on patients to determine donation eligibility. * Case management of all aspects of tissue cases and shared organ cases, ensuring seamless transitions and effective case completion. * Providing accurate, timely information to both internal and external stakeholders. Schedule & Work Environment This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays. The schedule  alternates four-day (M, T, F, Sa) / three-day workweeks (Sn, W, Th). Who We’re Looking For We seek individuals who are passionate about healthcare, teamwork, and making a difference. Ideal candidates will have: * Post-secondary training or education in a relevant field is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but other healthcare backgrounds will be considered (EMT, LPN, Medical Assistant, etc.). * Strong case management & communication skills with a commitment to providing compassionate support to donor families. * Excellent data entry & computer skills are required. Experience with one or more electronic medical record systems is preferred.  * The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
