ABOUT THE ROLE

The Undergraduate Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) is responsible for providing support and mentorship to nursing staff, including in the clinical learning environment. This position will provide direct expert clinical support and leadership to all nurses, particularly undergraduate student nurses and preceptors/buddy nurses.
The CSN will encourage a positive learning environment in which preceptors/buddy nurses are supported, and skills developed are consistent with current nursing knowledge and research.
