Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to mentor and support fellow nurses? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) to provide expert clinical guidance, mentorship, and leadership, with a particular focus on graduate nurses. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment, ensuring nurses develop the skills and confidence to provide high-quality patient care.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of three years’ post-registration experience in an acute care setting.
• Recent acute clinical experience with advanced knowledge in patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and mentor nurses.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience as a Clinical Preceptor and in delivering bedside clinical support.
• Proficiency in ICT systems, with the ability to troubleshoot when required.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to change in a dynamic healthcare environment.
