ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a dedicated team supporting the Clinical Director and broader service at Liverpool Fairfield Mental Health Services (LFMHS). We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Officer to provide high level secretarial and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing diaries, travel, correspondence, and payroll processes
  • Preparing reports, agendas, and complex documents
  • Coordinating meetings and video conferencing
  • Providing professional reception and customer service
  • Supporting compliance with health, safety, and policy standards
  • Coordination of the Mental Health Review Tribunal hearings and documents

This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
