Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE


  • Support Our Leaders: Assist Nurse Unit Managers with recruitment processes, staff appraisals, audits, and compliance reporting. You’ll be an essential part of driving workforce success.

  • Be the Go-To Administrator: Manage rosters, enter accurate data in systems like Kronos and MHoat, maintain staff records, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Coordinate & Communicate: Liaise with Payroll and clinical teams, schedule multidisciplinary meetings, take minutes, and keep everyone on track with timely follow-ups.

  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Monitor ward supplies and equipment, coordinate repairs, and support stock control—helping frontline staff deliver excellent patient care.

  • Grow with Us: Get involved in quality improvement projects, research support, accreditation processes, and broader Inner City Health admin activities—including providing coverage for reception and across teams when needed.
