The Position The clinical support specialist will provide administrative support to clinical care coordinator team including monitoring and running reports, creating visit notifications, sending emails on behalf of Clinical Specialists using established Outlook templates, basic patient chart maintenance in Salesforce & NextGen, and other duties as assigned. Essential Duties Monitor & run reports out of EMR systems Send emails to facilities on behalf of peer group utilizing established Outlook templates & verbiage Update basic information in patient charts as needed in Salesforce & NextGen Maintain relevant patient documents in Salesforce Other duties as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred 1-2 years previous applicable experience Other Qualifications Computer Skills – proficient use of Excel and Word High Level of Organization – ability to manage and coordinate all supplies/equipment Ability to prioritize and address multiple demands concurrently Must fit with core values: Care Fully, Strive for Excellence, Team Works Team Mindset – ability to work within a team Process Improvement - Openness to continuous improvement of processes and seek ways to improve processes Positive Problem-Solver in a variety of circumstances – Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to a variety of unique issues Physical Efforts & Working Conditions Important Note – this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
