SUMMARY OF POSITION

The position will work cross-functionally to deliver an excellent clinical support experience for our ClearCorrect team. On this role you will provide clinical guidance to Sales Representatives in the process of preparing digital presentations for orthodontists, as well as clinical customer support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate in Dentistry (Dental or Orthodontics) is a must.
  • 1 year of experience in a dental practice or relative field is preferred.
  • Experience in Customer relations in the dental aligners areas preferred.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with CAD-CAM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and legal documents.
  • Working with minimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to multitask and able to handle stressful situations while giving high quality service.
  • Being a Self-learner, have a professional outgoing personality, positivity, and patience.
  • Requires the ability for effectively communicate in both oral and written form with all levels of the organization. Advanced presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate cases, provide clinical guidance, and make decisions on possible treatment solutions in consultation with customers.
  • Analyze Clinical-related customer inquiries, and complaints.
  • Provide support to customer situations and take their issues/concerns/complaints to completion.
  • Manage clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved service and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate in clinical training at all levels (Internal Pakistan.).
  • Be part of the effective fulfillment of objectives, KPIs and deadlines assigned to Sales Representatives.
  • Participate in special projects and/or training when requested, as well as proactive team and individual efforts to achieve department and company goals.
  • Provide trainings and clinical certifications to orthodontists and general practitioners.
  • Be responsible for hands-on demonstrations and special events for customers.
  • Actively participate in events and international forums related to clinical practice.
