Description SUMMARY We are seeking Clinical Support Staff to join our team and contribute to a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders in a residential (home like) setting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, supervising meal preparation and household responsibilities, and facilitating the development of independent living skills. Additionally, you will conduct routine wellness checks, uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries, and provide guidance, support, and encouragement to clients as they progress in their recovery. Further responsibilities include assisting with medication oversight, coordinating transportation for clients to scheduled appointments, responding to medical or crisis situations, and ensuring compliance with all program policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
