Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Technician to join our Primary Care team! Position Summary: This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards. Required Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: High school diploma or GED 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted. Demonstrated organizational skills Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained.
