Amore Complex Care have an exciting opportunity to join our nurse-led team for a patient and empathetic support worker to step up and help support a lady in her 50s who requires clinical support, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy, stoma and catheter care. We can provide all training during your induction process, and once completed, your pay will rise up to £15.00 an hour!
OUR COMPANY STRONGLY VALUES INTERNAL PROGRESSION, FOSTERING A CULTURE WHERE OUR TEAM ARE EMPOWERED TO GROW, DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, AND ADVANCE THEIR CAREERS. HEAR FROM SOME OF OUR CURRENT STAFF MEMBERS WHO HAVE CLIMBED THE CAREER LADDER IN CARE:
Jo Watson, Senior Complex Care Case Officer: “After working in infection control and rehab settings, I joined Amore as a Support Worker to provide 1-1 care for a gentleman with complex care needs, including autism and learning disabilities. It was a bit daunting at first, but the feedback you get and the support you receive from your co-workers and managers really helps you settle down. After a while, an opportunity arose where I was asked if I wanted to be a Senior Complex Care Case Officer I threw my name into the ring and here I am! It’s very different from 1-1 care, since I’m surrounded by people. We have so many departments within the building, but it’s not compartmentalised. We’re all together and one big family!”
