We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team based in Ipswich, we are looking for a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker that is passionate
about recovery led care with a focus on promoting least restrictive practice on Avocet Ward, our female acute unit based at Woodlands Hospital located within Ipswich Hospital Site.
Avocet Ward provides treatment for service users who are at their most vulnerable. Our team provides care and treatment at the most critical time in their mental health recovery. There are several things we focus on as a team to provide a high standard of care: the design of our environment maximises safety, therapy and security. We also deliver our care alongside a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled staff; our staff are specialist within mental health and we work with established staffing levels to minimise risks.
