Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Coordinator to join our Clinical Governance team. Reporting to the General Manager Clinical Governance, this pivotal role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the electronic documentation and reporting systems utilised across the organisation such as Clinical Manager and Sandwai.
This position is a permanent full-time role, based in Rivervale, WA. You’ll work across our Residential, Home Care, Mental Health & Disability Services divisions, based in our Central Office and travelling to other sites as needed.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

  • Experience in back end electronic documentation system development and maintenance with experience in Clinical Manager, Sandwai, and Procura being highly desirable.
  • Experience in a health or clinical environment with strong computerised workflow and documentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated project coordination experience.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to prepare reports for executive audiences.
  • High-level stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong understanding of quality management and risk identification principles.
  • A growth mindset and proactive approach to professional development.
  • Familiarity with the Aged Care or Disability sectors is desirable.
  • Experience maintaining software applications.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI is highly regarded.
