MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in healthcare, IT, business, or a related field
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including 18 months in a supervisory, managerial, or administrative role
• Industry: Must have a healthcare background (required)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Systems Development Analyst to join our EHR Development and Implementation team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on the frontlines of health IT transformation in correctional health facilities across New York City. Reporting to the Director of EHR Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine and analyze business and technical requirements from end-users.
• Evaluate and redesign current clinical workflows and systems.
• Document functional requirements and revise systems accordingly.
• Collaborate in the design, testing, and documentation of EHR features.
• Troubleshoot application issues and validate fixes.
• Develop content and supporting documents for clinical systems.
• Facilitate user validation sessions and communicate system enhancements.
