Description

Applications are invited for a Clinical Teaching Fellow in ENT at the Royal National ENT Hospital, part of University College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The post is a full-time (40hr/week) position and requires commitment to a 6 month fixed term contract, starting in August 2025 in order to line up with the new academic year at UCLH. The post is evenly split between supporting our educational leads and UCL medical school with administration and delivery of undergraduate teaching and providing a supervised clinical service to our patients; the split will naturally vary during academic terms and academic holidays.
The post will suit an ENT-keen trainee wishing to develop interest, experience and qualification in medical education, whilst still maintaining wide-ranging ENT clinical exposure and skills by being part of the team at a centre of ENT excellence. The postholder will also join a growing and thriving community of clinical teaching fellows across all UCLH sites. This team forms an essential part of the delivery of the high quality student teaching for which UCL is renowned, and thus provides a community with valuable peer support.
