WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced mental health nurse or clinical professional to assume the role of Clinical Team leader on Reed Ward. The ideal candidate is a passionate and dedicated leader who is ready to take on the challenge of managing a committed team within a collaborative environment. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
Significant post-qualification experience in mental health care, with previous leadership or management experience preferred.
Proven experience working with diverse patient populations and understanding of mental health conditions.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act.

Ability to manage competing demands and prioritise effectively.
Strong decision-making abilities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Role Overview: As a Clinical Team Leader on Reed ward, you will lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in line with organisational policies and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for the management, supervision, and development of clinical staff while fostering a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and the implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Monitor patient progress and engage regularly with patients to evaluate their treatment and support needs.
Ensure compliance with relevant mental health legislation and best practice guidelines.
