LEICESTERSHIRE PARTNERSHIP NHS TRUST PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT TEAMS (MHST) IN EDUCATION SETTINGS ACROSS LEICESTER, LEICESTERSHIRE AND RUTLAND SERVING THE CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE (CYP), THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY (MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

In this role you will support the teams to provide a high-quality service to CYP (and their families) experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. This will be done through the supervision of staff and implementation of service improvement, supporting participation and co-production work with CYP and supporting the organisation of the Whole School Approach work. This work will be in accordance with clinical governance processes and professional standards. The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for the development of the day-to-day management of the teams.
