Based on your experience, credentials, and strengths, you may be placed in a Peer Support or Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) role—or a hybrid of both. Position Overview Members of the Venture Forthe Clinical Team provide community-based behavioral health services designed to: - Support recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders - Build coping, life, and social skills - Reduce barriers to independence - Strengthen connections to community and natural supports - Promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency Key Responsibilities Direct Client Services - Provide CORE behavioral health services in the community - Deliver person-centered, recovery-oriented support tailored to individual goals - Support individuals in developing coping strategies, life skills, and independence - Assist with crisis prevention planning and relapse prevention - Provide psychoeducation, skill-building, and recovery coaching - Utilize motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches Recovery & Rehabilitation Support - Help individuals identify strengths, set goals, and track progress - Support functioning in home, work, school, and social environments - Assist with community integration - Promote self-advocacy and independence - Facilitate connections to community resources and recovery networks Peer & Community Engagement (as applicable) - Use lived experience to build trust and model recovery - Provide companionship and mentorship - Support transitions back into the community - Assist navigating systems of care Documentation & Compliance - Complete timely documentation in EMR - Participate in service planning - Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance We offer a full benefits package including health insurance with employer contribution) vision insurance, dental insurance, short term disability supplement, critical illness, FSA/DCA, Health Saving Account, Employer Assistance Program ,Legal- aide, hospital indemnity, Employee Discount Programs PTO, 401k w/ match, and more, plus room for growth and advancement!
