Responsibilities include: * Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans  * Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage  * Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs  * Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations  * Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes  * Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR  * Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role) Compensation: $18-$20 per hour Benefits Designed to Support You We believe strong teams deserve strong support.
