Clinical Technician 2 – Job Responsibilities: To learn more about a day in the life of a Clinical Technician 2, please visit: Working as a Clinical Technician (2 Mins) Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse. Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors. Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system. Training: Must be available six (6) for non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM) Virtual training modules. Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total) On-unit shifts May perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1 year working as a Clinical Technician; or completed an acute care clinical rotations, and actively enrolled in a nursing program Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
