As a Clinical Technician, you will be one of the most consistent supports in a client’s recovery journey—helping create the safety and structure that makes healing possible in a trauma-informed residential setting. Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional in a residential setting • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, mental health, residential care, or corrections • College-level coursework in human services or related fields • CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding) The above statements describe the general nature of the work being performed.
