Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time up to 31st March 2029
Salary: Up to $144,444 + 12% super, salary packaging, discounted fitness passport and additional days off!
Award Level: Health Manager Level 3

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings strong technical skills in medical device networking, interfaces and EMR systems integration.
  • Has demonstrated experience in clinical technology or biomedical engineering, particularly medical IT systems and equipment integration.
  • Can confidently evaluate integration protocols and lead deployment strategies in complex clinical environments.
  • Holds a qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Technology, or a related field.
  • Understands and applies interoperability standards such as HL7 and DICOM, as well as compliance frameworks like AS3551-2012 and TGA guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to design and implement medical device integration aligned to clinical workflows.
  • Conduct baseline assessments and audits of existing medical devices to determine readiness for integration.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying and addressing interoperability gaps and equipment upgrade needs.
  • Maintain documentation of integration processes, configurations and system modifications.
  • Support the testing and validation of medical systems to ensure safe, accurate and reliable performance
