Located in Ephrata, PA, Keystone Retreat is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care. Please note: While our facility name reflects the historical name of the location, we are a separate organization with no affiliation to prior entities associated with the area. We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate at least 20 hours per week of therapeutic group programming alongside individual sessions and clinical treatment planning. What You’ll Do * Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities * Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions * Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR * Provide case management and coordinate care with the treatment team What You'll Bring * Active Pennsylvania clinical license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD * LSW or LAPC is acceptable, provided you also hold a CAADC * Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. * Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
