About This Position CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Clinical Therapists to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a part-time, 30-hours a week, exempt position that will be working in two of our Boston, Massachusetts locations. This benefit eligible position has a flexible day shift schedule and a starting salary range of $46,800 - $67,500 annually. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide clinical assessment including behavioral health diagnosis and referral for medication management when needed. Perform initial screening, intake and assessment, crisis intervention. Provide individual, group, mental health and/or substance abuse therapy. Make referral for treatment not provided by the program. Job Qualifications: Master’s Degree in social work (preferred) counseling, or related field. Behavioral Health License, such as: LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LADC preferred. Experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment both group and individual therapy preferred. Experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Treatment, Seeking Safety Treatment, and working with criminal justice population preferred. #INDCT1 About Us Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a unique, 145-year-old nonprofit organization that provides direct care as well as research and consulting services within the areas of the Mental Health, Criminal Justice, and Public Policy fields. Social Justice Services (SJS), supports those leaving incarceration to make positive, sustainable life transitions through residential and non-residential programs. Behavioral Health (BH) has worked to break cycles of violence, crime, and incarceration by providing client-centered interventions and support services to empower and strengthen individuals, families, and communities. BH provides domestic violence treatment and education, community reentry services, mentoring programs, and intensive outpatient programs. The Crime and Justice Institute (CJI) is a non-profit organization working at the local, state, and national level to improve public safety and the delivery of justice. CJI provides technical assistance, research, and other services to improve outcomes in policing, the corrections system, pre-trial, re-entry, community supervision, and juvenile justice.
