Therapist - Full Time.  Deliver care through individual and group therapy for patients and family members and are responsible for the day-to-day counseling and case management requirements of a licensed inpatient medically supervised stabilization and withdrawal program, rehabilitation program, and reintegration program.    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  * Direct care delivery including but not limited to assessment of physiologic and psychosocial health status * Deliver modality specific care including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, contingency management, and relapse prevention  * Interview patients, establishing treatment goals and plan * Maintain understanding of current treatments, knowledge, and practices in addiction care and prioritize the use of best and evidence-based practices  * Maintain documentation, patient files, and statistics as required by departmental policies and funding sources * Work collaboratively with the medical and nursing teams to develop personalized treatment plans  * Field clinically related telephone calls and respond as indicated to promote optimal patient care  * Support efforts of the Wellbridge research team to implement program improvement and patient outcomes. Manage and promote relationship with academic and research institutions to promote addiction research and training * Provide crisis support to other clinicians and patients, as needed and in emergency situations  * Participate in regular clinical team meetings. Clearly communicate and exchange information verbally and electronically. Consistent computer and phone, general office equipment use. Generally sedentary, traversing office and facility areas.   QUALIFICATIONS:  * Master’s level degree in behavioral sciences or social work   * Valid NYS License as a Social Worker or related field (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent)  * BLS certification, current or obtained within one year of employment. ACLS preferred * Familiarity with all relevant healthcare standards: OASAS, ASAM, JCAHO, etc.  * Demonstrated communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills * Proficiency with data management and electronic records  * Strong problem solving, conceptual, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications  * At least three (3) years of clinical experience providing treatment for addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders * Specific experience with stabilization and withdrawal management care and/or rehabilitation settings  * Experience with therapeutic groups (preferably addiction-oriented), therapeutic communities, and inpatient care * Experience evaluating program effectiveness and implementing data-driven process improvement * Knowledge of medication assisted recovery (MAR) and how behavioral interventions can support and improve outcomes for MAR  * Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary and/or research team   The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The salary range for this position is... LMSW Range: $72,000 - $78,000/year  LCSW Range: $78,000 - $82,000/year (depending on experience/specialty)
