Description Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for: Provide psycho-therapeutic and psych-educational services to individuals, couples, families and groups; Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned by the director; Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes; Attend program staffing and clinical staffing to participate in client progress reports and professional development; Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director; Provide case management to link clients with supportive services and provide follow up to referring agency; Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations; Contact client directly for the purposes of follow up and case management Work with office personnel to schedule clients Provide crisis intervention, as needed; Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum qualifications include: Independent licensure as a Clinical Therapist Qualifications in the following Evidence Based Practices (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, MBSEP, Brainspotting, etc.). This position includes benefits prorated according to the number of hours worked for Serna Solutions as a .5 FTE or .75 FTE including, medical, dental, vacations, sick and mental health days.
Responsibilities
The clinician will provide psycho-therapeutic and psych-educational services to clients, including individual counseling and case management. They will also be responsible for clinical documentation and participating in program staffing.
