Description Provide Individual, Family Therapy, and/or group therapy mental health services Completion of all required documentation in accordance with state regulations and Joint Commission Standards: Comprehensive Assessment, Active Treatment Plan, and Suicide Risk assessment completed within 30 days of admission, progress notes within 72 hours of service provision Embed Measurement-Based Care into treatment services with the utilization of PUPS (EHR) and Blueprint. Abide by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (42 USC & 201 et seq.) All other duties as assigned Requirements A master’s degree in social work or human services is required. An individual must have a license from the state of Iowa or be working toward this license post-graduation. It is an essential function of the position that the staff member be capable of physically restraining students when necessary.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group mental health therapy services. Manage all clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, in compliance with state and Joint Commission standards.
