To develop, organise and deliver training programs to support workers while promoting health and wellbeing and ensuring high quality care is delivered
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced clinical trainer to support our training team in the delivery of high-quality training to enable our support workers to provide services to participants.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workplace clinical skill assessments training sessions for workers to support participants with high intensity needs
  • Liaise with Training coordinator and team for the organisation of training across multiple services
  • Contribute to the development of new training packages and maintain existing training packages and resources
  • Monitor medication incidents and work in conjunction with team leaders to provide remedial training
  • Role model safe work practices and adhere to WHS policy and procedure
  • Raise concerns about the quality of care or service concerning healthcare to Management
  • Report all risks, hazards, incidents, near misses and accidents as per the correct procedure
  • Comply with code of conduct and commit to the NDIS practice standards under the Quality and Safeguarding Framework
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with Identitywa policy and procedure
