As a Trainer and Assessor, you will support the design and delivery of TLC’s specialised training programs and nationally recognised traineeships.
You will have a strong interest in areas of medication, dementia, health and aged care as well as demonstrated strength in collaboration and exposure within a Registered Training Organisation, education or training environment to be a success in this role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generate, implement and review detailed training plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on contemporary training strategies
  • Champion legislation and compliance to new and existing employees
  • Deliver world-class training programs and subsequent assessments
  • Mentor and develop other Trainers and Assessors on best practice

What you’ll need

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Nursing Qualifications (desirable)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • 2024 influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
