- Lead and coordinate training activities within complex DME implementation projects, ensuring alignment of content, timelines, stakeholders, and client readiness needs.
- Leverage your knowledge of clinical workflows and operations to contribute to training strategy, content development, and delivery
- Develop training materials and learning tools in collaboration with training specialists and subject matter experts
- Transforming complex clinical workflows and system processes into clear and practical learning experiences
- Review training content, identify gaps, and help develop solutions as the product and customer workflows evolve.
- Offering instructor-led training, workshops, and train-the-trainer sessions, as needed
- To guide and support training specialists and other collaborators who contribute to the content and delivery of training programs
- Collaborate with implementation, product, and project management teams, as well as clinical experts, to ensure that training supports implementation and adoption objectives.
- Desired profile:Post-secondary training in health, education, technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas: healthcare, technology, training, clinical training, software implementation, or EMR environments
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for adults
- Good understanding of clinical workflows and operations
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to make complex information clear and concrete.
- Experience in developing learning content and training materials
- Ability to coordinate the work of multiple stakeholders and manage different project priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in complex software or technology environments
- Bilingualism in French and English, an asset
